The ESL (English as a Second Language) program at CNM provides high-quality classroom English language instruction to students from Asia, The Americas, Africa, and Europe.
The ESL program offers 15-week and 7.5-week classes; it serves adults of all ages who would like to improve their proficiency in English for professional, academic, and personal reasons. Students study reading, writing, speaking, and listening in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Our program serves over 1400 students a year with five (5) levels of English classes, plus classes in U.S. Citizenship and Special Topics.
Students learn about culture in the United States while acquiring the language and self-confidence to handle challenges that arise in daily life. Our instructors are qualified ESL professionals who use innovative methodologies and technology.
Courses are offered at four (4) campuses: Main Campus, Montoya Campus, Westside Campus, and South Valley Campus.
